Bonded Tube Fabric

Bonded tube fabrics form down-filling channels by joining fabric layers. This construction reduces the need for conventional quilting and offers a clean appearance with flexible channel designs.

Traditional Quilted Construction

Conventional quilting uses stitching to create down-filling compartments. While widely used, it requires additional sewing processes and may create potential down leakage points along stitch holes.
